Gersh has hired veteran agent Pamela Goldman as Head of Gersh Voice, a new division dedicated to voiceover talent and content development. The launch of Gersh Voice follows a recent series of strategic moves by Gersh that have doubled the agency’s size and expanded its presence to 16 countries.

Goldman brings over two decades of voiceover experience to Gersh, having spent her career at Buchwald, where she rose from intern to department head. After 15 years specializing in commercials, she recognized an industry shift and, in 2019, launched the bicoastal Animation division. Under her leadership, the department quickly became one of the most respected in the industry.

In her new role, Goldman will continue to represent her existing roster of talent, as well as current Gersh clients, across animated series, films, video games, scripted podcasts and audiobooks. She and her team will also collaborate with clients to develop and sell original animated and longform audio projects. Goldman will be based out of Gersh’s New York office.

“We are excited to launch Gersh Voice and expand our reach in that space, with Pamela at its helm,” said Leslie Siebert, President of Gersh. “Pamela is a highly respected leader in the industry with an exceptional track record of delivering results for clients. She understands both the talent side and the evolving voiceover landscape and will be an invaluable addition to our team.”

Gersh Voice is the latest step in the agency’s strategic growth plan, which it began following a 2023 equity investment from Crestview Partners. In 2024, Gersh acquired two A3 departments — forming Gersh Digital and expanding its Alternative department — and the global sports and entertainment agency You First, which established Gersh as a player in worldwide sports representation. That momentum continued in 2025 with the elevation of Leslie Siebert to president, formalizing a leadership structure focused on collaboration, client success and continued agency growth. Earlier this year, Gersh announced that it had hired veteran agent Bonnie Bernstein, who joined the agency from CAA.
